MIND READING: YEP! Let me know and I'll action tag away at you.
LOCATION SENSING: Yes. For now, he can even be found invisible.
TELEPATHY: Yep! Though he will be INCREDIBLY wary if he discovers another character can read minds and go through great lengths to find some means of shielding himself.
OTHER (POSSESSION, ETC.): I'm pretty flexible. Ask and we can probably work something out.
FIGHTING CAPABILITIES: He's extremely adept at close range combat and probably can manage to deflect ranged weapons if he knows its coming. His illusions are powerful, seem real in every way and can cause psychosomatic injury up to and including death.
99% of the time, he's going to deflect the first attack or two and look to retreat instead.
INJURY/DEATH: I am absolutely fine with injury. Death I'll take on case by case basis.
MEDICAL/PHYSICAL INFO: He is not aging.
ROMANCE/RELATIONSHIPS: HE IS WAITING FOR THE WOMAN HE LOVES TO ACCEPT HIS MARRIAGE PROPOSAL. Seriously bros you don't want a Barma in love with you. It never seems to go well... or sanely.
SEXUAL RELATIONS: Not off the table. I'm a fade to black kind of gal though.
PHYSICAL CONTACT: If given a chance, he will avoid physical contact and keep a strong two foot bubble at all times. If he does touch someone else it is likely to be with his fan rather than his hands. If it's with his hands, he'll probably have gloves on.

ANY FACTS YOU WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT:
1. HE CAN'T RESIST A TRADE OF INFORMATION. Or gifts. Even bad idea ones.
2. He's coming from a point in his timeline where he did something rather reprehensible and will be attempting to hide his presence from the PH cast as long as possible. But I am super not married to the idea of this working, at all.
Which leads me to:
SPECIAL PERMISSIONS
Can Rufus Barma cast illusions of you? He may pretend to be other people, or have other people filling a room to hide his own presence. As much as he is an asshole, he tends to attempt the greatest accuracy possible with a person, so the chances of him having your character doing the hokey pokey in a grass skirt is pretty much absolutely none.
Unless that's all he knows about you.
And I will enjoy the hell out of that thread.
But yes, this is opt in only, and he wont try impersonations until he gets a reasonable feel of the character, so this bonuses nefariously for additional, if possibly doomed, CR.
